TOMMY'S CUSTOM PRO RODS & ROD REPAIRCustom Fishing Rod WarrantyTommy's Promise to YouYour warranty is very important to you, it is also very important to me. I have been building and repairing fishing rods for over 40 years. I believe that your work is as good as your service. This is why my main two blanks and components that I use are so important. I use G. LOOMIS, and ST CROIX for my main rod blanks. In fly rods, I use Sage, ST CROIX, and G. LOOMIS rod blanks. I follow G. Loomis and St. Croix warranty claims and policies. These warranties are the best there is to have. Say you broke a rod I built for you, all you have to do is just call them or call me and I will tell you what needs to be done. G. Loomis WarrantyIf the rod is a G. Loomis Rod, and you have had it less then a YEAR, all you have to do is ship the rod back to the manufacturer (you pay for the shipping), and enclose your check for $20.00 for return shipping. They will inspect the rod and after they decide that the rod had not been abused, they will ship you a new rod Blank. Once you receive the rod blank, bring it to me in Shreveport or ship the blank to me enclosing your check for $20.00 to pay for return shipping. If you break the rod and it is over a year old, you will have to call G.Loomis, they will charge you $50.00 and will ship you a new rod, (no questions asked), and once you receive your new rod blank they require that you use the same Tube and return the broken rod to them. Then bring me the new rod blank, and for a nominal fee for material and labor, I will re-build it for you. ST. CROIX WarrantyST. CROIX Warranty requires you to ship them the broken rod and enclose $20.00 for return shipping and they will send you a new blank. Then you bring me the rod IGFA Big Game Rods WarrantyOn IGFA Big Game Rods, you will have the limited lifetime factory warranty guarantee, and the guaranty paperwork will explain what the requirements are on how to get a replacement rod blank. Once you have the re-placement rod blank, Bring me the rod and for a nominal fee, I will re-build your rod. My policy here is if you break a 20-30 lb blank, I charge a re-build fee of $50.00 and you pay costs for any components that I cannot re-use off the broken rod. On a 50-80-130 lb blank, I have a re-build fee of $150.00, and everything else is the same. Rod Guide Repair WarrantyMy policy for bad or your fault on guide repair is, I do not ask any questions on how the guide was broken. I will re-place it at no charge to you. On the special IM6 blanks, all you need to do is provide is with one picture of my decal on your rod and a picture of your broken rod along with your check for $60.00 to cover the costs of shipping and materials to rebuild your rod. This is the best warranty available to you.
